A TV movie about the lives of two tenants who differ in the way they look at life. After the announcement of a new tenant, the monotony of life in one apartment changed. An old tenant who is calm and withdrawn will have to get used to a new, noisier and more outgoing tenant.

Life of the village elite, the two priest families, goes quietly in mutual understanding and friendship. The discord is inserted when a young teacher is able to marry the daughter of only one of the priests. Based on a popular novel by Stevan Sremac.
