The story of Felipe Pugoy, a troubled inmate who, with his gang, instigated a hostage crisis in the Davao Penal Colony that led to 21 deaths in 1989.

The abduction and rape of the eldest daughter Agnes shattered the once happy Paredes household by the rich and spoiled Romano Barredo. They vowed to get justice for their daughter but changed their plan when Romano offered marriage after it was discovered that Agnes was pregnant. As expected life with Romano was hell and Agnes only managed to keep her sanity for the sake of her baby and peace within her family .But even that was soon to end thanks to Romano's evil schemes. Agnes has a deaf mute sister which Romano was very interested with.

After being meted an indefinite suspension by their cop chief together with bungling rookie, Flavio (Dinky Doo, Jr.) after a botched hostage rescue, the two stage extra-legal means to pursue the town's top dollar racketing kingpins played by Kier Legaspi and Patrick Dela Rosa. Things get complicated as the underworld puts up heavy resistance. The wrench gets thrown in on Jeric's mean crimefighting machine when his ex-lover (Via Veloso) connives with the mob. As the going gets tougher, Dias Del Fuego gets down dirty and begins to reserve a special place in hell for the opposition.

Childhood friends Victor and Narding built their friendship in the street. At a very young age, they were partners performing dangerous activities. However, Narding heeds his foster parents’ request for him to enter the seminary to become a priest. Victor is left alone without any parental support. Later on, he grows up to be a criminal. His wayward ways eventually got him imprisoned. Meanwhile, Narding became a good priest. He visits his old friend Victor in the prison and supported him until he finished his term. Narding accompanies Victor to their hometown where Narding works as a parish priest. Albeit their friendship has rekindled, Victor and Narding argue because of their different ways of raising homeless kids. Victor trains them the rough and dangerous ways, while Narding wants them to settle everything in a peaceful manner.
