Cynical filmmakers plan on producing a bleak, independent film dealing with poverty and prostitution in the hopes of scoring free travel to international film festivals.

The first part follows four cousins who gathered together to receive their own 5 million peso inheritance from their dead uncle, and the responsibility of taking care of his comic book creations. The second part follows an army special unit trying to survive from a horde of zombies. The third and last part follows a couple who became survivors when the aliens invaded Earth.

“Born to Love You” is a romantic comedy about poor lass, portrayed by Angeline Quinto, who tries her best to provide the needs of her siblings by joining singing contests. In one of the singing contests she joined in, she met Martin’s character who is a photographer. The two then found themselves falling in love with each other.

There is an underground battle going on in the name of love. The soldiers are all Pikapistas! With pick-up lines as their weapons to woo the gorgeous Neneng B. (Sam Pinto), the war sizzles in the dark corners of the Metro. And there is one undefeated champion among them - BOY PICKUP (Ogie Alcasid)! Legendary, enigmatic, hypnotic, that’s his appeal to most who don’t get what his works penetrate their heart just the same. Despite his underground fame and legend, Boy Pickup lives a normal and solitary life, He works as a pastry chef in Heaven’s Bakeshop, a bakery owned by ANGEL (Solenn Heussaff) and soon Angel feels indebted to Boy while Boy starts to fall for her.

On a commuter's trip from Manila's business district to the suburbs, the director finds a myriad of possibilities, ranging from miniature ironic situations to a love story that is finally finding its unexpected closing.

What can a family do if someone disappears in a dictatorship? You can’t go to the police for help or information. Many families were affected in this way by the cruelty of the Marcos dictatorship (1972-1986). The film shows one of them as an example of paradise lost.
