Through hard work and perseverance, he helps lift the community out of poverty and revitalize the countryside. Featuring colorful characters and humorous episodes, the film captures the spirit of rural transformation over 40 years of China’s reform and opening-up, while promoting positive values and delivering a heartfelt message of dedication and resilience.
