Feng Mingchao

A romantic comedy film, a series of interesting stories, to a point of almost exaggeration, told via blind dates involving various modern urban men and women.

The story follows three different girls with unique personalities in a span of 10 years (2003-2013), as they grow and work toward their dreams. Zhang Jingyi is an intelligent tomboy and her motto in life is for everyone to be happy; Chen Yinuo is a rich, temperamental girl from a wealthy family; and Liang Xiaoyi is a girl desperate to reach her dreams.

The film tells the story of a artistic and melancholic wandering painter Yu Ming, who arrives to Guizhou Miao Village. There they live in the inn of a warm and cheerful single mother, Ji Hong. You Ming starts to paint silently everyday, depicting the life of the village.

The ethereal Yanshan Mountain has two major sects - the Yanshan Sect consisting of male disciples and the Baihua Sect consisting of female disciples. Despite living close to each other, the two sects rarely interact due to their strict rules. However, nothing can hinder the yearning for love among the young disciples, leading to a series of intricate and joyful stories.
