Klaus Georgi was born in Halle on the Saale in 1925. From 1946 to 1952, he studied at the Institute for Artistic Design at Burg Giebichenstein and became a freelance graphic designer. He belongs to the founding generation of the DEFA Studio for Animation Films in Dresden and was one of their major animators from 1954 until 1989. But he gets in deep trouble, when he can't solve math problems. Luckily Max and the robot return in time and the boys decide it's better to do their own homework in the future.
