Encompassing the tragic lives of three characters and enriched by the various depths in each of their lives, this fiction portrays a love story using a "different" approach for Turkish cinema.

Hicran runs away from home when she is forced into an engagement with Rıza by her father. Rıza, who thinks that Hicran doesn't want to be with him, doesn't care at first. But when it begins to bother him, he decides to confront the situation and embarks on a long search for her in Istanbul.

Kurdish-Iranian poet Sahel has just been released from a thirty-year prison sentence in Iran. Now the one thing keeping him going is the thought of finding his wife, who thinks he's been dead for over twenty years.

Ozgur is a young woman who is the daughter of a refugee family fled to France. She is born and raised in Paris. After her father Huseyin's death, she comes to Istanbul to fulfill Huseyin's last wish. He wanted to be buried in his own country. But because of September 12 military coup d'etat period, Huseyin is no more a Turkish citizen. So this happens to be a great obstacle for Ozgur. This will force Ozgur to a journey both in Istanbul and herself. In this journey Ozgur will meet with her father's and mother's relatives who are completely different people. Most importantly she will meet with Ferhat who will deeply effect her. This journey will become a confrontation with themselves and 2011's Turkey for Ozgur and Ferhat.

When her husband Cemal is arrested in Romania, Emine is left alone with their child who needs immediate surgery.

The commissioner tells the teacher, who had been imprisoned for the past 6 months for no appa­rent reason, that they will allow him to meet with his wife even though conjugal visits are prohibited. The skeptical teacher continually asks why they would allow this.

Lisa is a young designer from Paris. She is starting to work as an independent designer and she wants to make a fashion show. A friend of her, a girl named Hêlin persuades Lisa to make the show in Diyarbakir, telling her that in there you can find the most beautiful girls to parade as models.
