By the 14th century, the Byzantine Empire was, if not on the verge of actual collapse, at least seriously decadent and clearly on its last legs. The hungry wolves of Europe were preparing to dine on its corpse, and as a result the Byzantine army and its allies were constantly engaged in battles and skirmishes. In this story, a widow lives in the 14th-century Byzantine village of Doxobus with her son Xenos. She forms a relationship with a village elder, and when she gives birth to the elder’s son, her son from her previous marriage is sent to live in a monastery.

A man remembers his early years as a teenager, after being asked what he would do if he was 30 years younger.

The story follows a family of refugees from the early twentieth century through to the Civil War. Through movements, separations, and reunions, personal lives intersect with Greece’s major historical transformations. Space and time are in constant flux, while the characters remain trapped in an unending search for a homeland.

Greece 2011. In an uncertain economic climate, two young people suddenly find themselves out of a job when the owner of the company they work for suddenly declares bankruptcy. A person, in the case of "Iphigenia" a girl, sacrifices part or even her whole ego to become a member of a new social ensemble and specifically of the social ensemble of her future husband. The film is inspired by the theater of the absurd and mainly by theatrical texts by Ionesco and Pinter but also by the original myth of Iphigenia which symbolizes sacrifice.

Set during the Greek civil war. A villager is forced to leave his house and property and go to Thessaloniki with his daughter and son. They find refuge in an old building with hundreds of other people. They live a miserable life as the daughter becomes a whore, and the son has to work.
