Yalçın and Bahadır are two close friends with contrasting personalities. However, Yalçın's unexpected death painfully separates the two friends. One day, Bahadır, who misses Yalçın's crazy antics, hears a knock on his door. He finds himself face to face with the ghost of his crazy friend Yalçın, whose death he mourns deeply! Moreover, he is not alone; he is accompanied by an Italian trapeze artist named Bernardo. Yalçın is stuck in limbo because he failed to keep a promise, and the only person who can help him fulfill that promise is his close friend Bahadır. Yalçın must fulfill his promise within three days, as this is the only way he can find peace. Meanwhile, Bahadır tries to help him but ends up getting into trouble. Additionally, his platonic love for Demet, whom he works with but can’t bring himself to confess his feelings to, adds another layer of complexity to his adventure.

The film depicts a world in which Atatürk never became leader, the War of Independence never took place, and the Ottoman Republic continues to exist in a form adapted to the present day. The continuation of the Ottoman Republic instead of the Republic of Turkey, Ankara not being the capital, signs and license plates being in both Turkish and Arabic, and the sultan wearing a suit under his caftan are some of the tragicomic situations that make up the film's story.

Servet the accountant makes a plan to steal money from a client. He decides to get his brother-in-law Gökhan involved to use his account for the money transfer. When two more friends Meatball Necmi and Del Piero are added to the plan, things start going bad.

Özgür, a greedy and selfish man, crosses paths with Süheyla, who is trying to swindle people by changing her appearance in a supermarket queue. At Özgür's request, Süheyla lets him go ahead of her in line. When Özgür wins a prize of 100,000 TL as the millionth customer, Süheyla demands a portion of the money she is entitled to. Özgür makes excuses and leaves the scene as if nothing had happened, causing Süheyla to fly into a rage. Swearing revenge, Süheyla begins to carry out her plans to ruin Özgür's life. Having lost all his money, his job, and his family, Özgür no longer sees any meaning in life. Believing that Özgür has learned his lesson, Süheyla decides to help him regain everything she took from him.
