During one single day a number of life destinies cross one another. It becomes a night for the involved they will never forget, a night when the coincidences are going to change their lives forever.

The committee consists of museum directors, art school principals, a media personality, a famous artist, art critics, and a gallery owner. But when another male professor of photography is appointed to the art school, the students protest against the "boys' club" and complain that there are too few female teachers. The media naturally jumps on the bandwagon, and it quickly becomes a public debate. When student Ylva Zetterqvist is about to present her final exhibition, she locks her teachers in a room and pours gasoline on the walls. She wants to know why they have not chosen her to be recognized.

A tiny theatrical company turns into a war zone of egos as a new play goes into rehearsal in this broad comedy from Sweden. A camera crew from a television outlet is on hand to shoot a commercial as a harried director tries to put her cast through their paces. Not everyone, however, feels like cooperating; her two leading men seem to be competing over who gets most of the spotlight, much to the annoyance of the female star, while the troupe's makeup artist has a plan of his own.

Vildhundarna is a drama far away from the Swedish reality. It's about four young people on the outermost, with norms dispersed, the only survivors in a nameless city, in a nameless country. Vildhundarna could take place in the former Yugoslavia, or why not Warszawa in 1944 or Rwanda...?

På spåret is a popular Swedish TV game show broadcast on SVT since September 5, 1987. The show, which is intended to be humorous yet educational, has remained one of the most popular TV shows in Sweden, attracting an average of 2,150,000 viewers during the 2007 season. The all-time record was set in March 1990, when 3.7 million people tuned in to see the show. This means that nearly every second Swede saw the game show. På spåret is an original format developed by Ingvar Oldsberg for SVT, and he hosted the show for many years. Author and tennis legend Björn Hellberg was promoted from contestant to permanent Oldsberg sidekick in 1995 after winning for four straight seasons. Famous gourmet, restaurant-owner, and former contestant Carl-Jan Grankvist sat in for Hellberg during the 2004 season. In 2009, after 21 years, Oldsberg left and Kristian Luuk took over as the host. Björn Hellberg too decided to leave and was replaced with Fredrik Lindström.
