When John returns home to his father after serving time in prison, he is looking forward to starting his life afresh. However, in the local community his crime is neither forgotten nor forgiven.

Twelve girls wake up in a secluded mansion, without knowing how or why they got there. As they realize they are locked in, the situation in the house threatens to escalate. But the mansion also harbours a dark secret. The girls are part of a medical experiment and if they don’t manage to escape they will die, one by one.

Although entirely fictitious, the series gets its inspiration from the Instagram riots that took place in Gothenburg in 2012, whereby an anonymous Instagram account ended up having dramatic consequences for its creators (two young girls were sentenced) and for the victims, creating at the same time riots across the city.
