Sesame Street's 25th Birthday: A Musical Celebration is a special produced for the beloved series' 25th anniversary. Released in a slightly different form on video in October 1993, the special was shelved for its broadcast premiere on PBS until 1994, during pledge drive season, and in many markets, aired as part of a marathon block with three show episodes.

After working hard, Grover has finally gotten a job as a waiter at the hot restaurant in town, Planet Storybook. Now, he can help kids learn about healthy eating while he serves up some of the biggest names in nursery rhymes (such as Miss Muffet). Some of the fun food songs include "Cereal Girl" and "The Most Important Meal of the Day," as well as a special tune from Cookie Monster assuring kids that there is more to food than cookies.

"I will try to be normal" 12-year-old Ace Ventura Jr. promises. Thats cool, except whats normal for him is finding missing mutts, kidnapped kitties or gone gators and creating hilarious chaos every step of the way.

Big Bird may not be able to fly, but he can sing. He joins Snuffy to spend some time looking through Bird's scrapbook and all the reminiscing leads to some singing. Big Bird croons some of the old classics, including "ABCDEFG," "I just adore four," and "What's Your Name." Snuffy joins him on a few tunes

There's a new Muppet on the block named Dani who suffers from Asthma. With the help of Luis, they both teach Elmo and Rosita about childhood Asthma through example and music.

Do The Alphabet is a 1996 Sesame Street direct-to-video compilation, with a framing sequence starring Big Bird and Baby Bear.

A group of cats have a warm safe place to stay but no food. When Tom the Turkey comes to town to begin his acting career the cats intervene so they can have turkey for Thanksgiving. A pack of neighborhood dogs who guard a local restaurant have all the food they want but are freezing. Learning about the cats' plot to turn Tom into dinner they try to stop the cats. Soon they realize if they work together everyone would have enough to eat and a safe place to stay.

Kermit hosts this video, where he presents a variety of songs, with appearances by Clifford, Billy Bunny, Otto, and a fish. Songs - "Kokomo", "Splish Splash", "Octopus' Garden", "Pass It On", "Movin' Right Along", "Over the Rainbow" medley, "Bein' Green", "Eight Little Notes", "Bar-B-Que", "Frog Talk", "In a Cabin In the Woods", "Heat Wave" and "Sweet Vacation" *The songs "Eight Little Notes" and "Bar-B-Que" both feature matted walk-on appearances by characters who weren't in the original sequences (Kermit in "Eight Little Notes" and Billy Bunny in "Bar-B-Que"), while the middle of "Sweet Vacation" is replaced with new footage of Kermit closing the show.

It is time to crown a new king of the kingdom of Bogg, and King Mildew's son, Milo, seems like the best creature for the job. However, Vandred, the king's brother, has other plans, and intends to put his son, Vandal, on the thrown. The crown has been banned from the kingdom for years because it is cursed, but Mildew and Milo are willing to face the risks of the quest in order to keep Vandred and Vandal from assuming control of the kingdom
