In 1960s China, French diplomat Rene Gallimard falls in love with opera singer Song Liling – but Song is not at all who Gallimard thinks.

Filmed in commemoration of Hungary's 1100th anniversary and on the sites of the actual events, a cast of thousands authentically recreates the 896 AD arrival of the Magyar chief Arpad (Nero) and his seven tribes into the Carpathian basin from the steppes.

Follows Kristóf, a man who discovers black mould covering his apartment wall and begins questioning neighbors about leaky pipes, triggering events that turn his world upside down.

This concert film stages a never-realized gala at Budapest’s Opera House, stringing together eleven diverse numbers - from operetta and folk dance to popular songs - introduced by Vera Sennyei’s tongue-in-cheek on-stage announcements. Though framed as a live opening night, most performances were in fact shot in television studios, creating a playful pastiche of televised spectacle rather than a traditional concert film.

The heroes of this crime-comedy attempt to get hold of money by a funny trick. They start operating the new post-office of the housing estate a week before the official opening, pocketing the revenue themselves. The inhabitants of the estate do not understand the trick, and loads of money pour to the swindlers.

On the occasion of the 20th birthday of the Dumaszínház, the cream of Hungarian stand-up comedy came together to celebrate the anniversary with a grand gala. The special performance _ which took place on 25 November in the MVM Dome _ will be broadcast exclusively on VIASAT3 on 1 January, to start the year in a guaranteed good mood. Among others, comedians such as Sándor Badár, László Hadházi, Péter Janklovics, Ádám Kiss, Péter András Kovács, Zoltán Kőhalmi and Eszter Ráskó will provide moments of laughter.

I'm cutting out themes from my life that I've been afraid to talk about frankly at the dinner table, but that the stage can't get away with. The audience gets a glimpse of the joys, the struggles, the blankets that cover the covers of a family starting out in a 9th floor council flat in the city of Leningrad.
