A burning Godzilla, on the verge of meltdown, emerges to lay siege to Hong Kong. At the same time horrifying new organisms are discovered in Japan. These crustacean-like beings are seemingly born of the Oxygen Destroyer, the weapon that killed the original Godzilla.

Mina and Mizuki sisters attended a ballet class in Tokyo. One day, the sisters return home separately, but younger sister, Mizuki, is kidnapped on the way home and discovered as a corpse. On that day, Mina blames herself for returning home, leaving her sister to practice ballet staying. Her mother, Teruko, is also very upset by the news of the discovery of her body, causing deep emotional wounds. The movie is based on an autobiographical book titled “Tokyo Furyou Shounen Densetsu.” The book was written by Endo Natsuki, who was once affiliated with the biker team and band COOLS that was formed in the 1970s by Tachi Hiroshi (61) and Iwaki Koichi (60). The story for the film takes place at a technical high school in the 1970s, where it is said that half of the school’s 3,000 students are juvenile delinquents. Saito plays a student named Sendo, who is aiming to be number one out of all of them. Naturally, the movie will incorporate a lot of action scenes as he brawls his way to the top.

In the basement of a certain building, insanity merges with obscenity as the plot unfolds.
