Amidst a rising wakesurfing craze, surf instructor Man (Renci Yeung) is falsely accused and publicly shamed online. Among the trolls is Chuan (Jeffrey Ngai), a surfing novice whose satirical video mocking her goes viral. Upon realizing the rumors were entirely fabricated and that he has ruined her reputation, a guilt-ridden Chuan signs up for Man's lessons under his real identity to make amends. As they connect beyond the digital noise, a genuine romance blossoms. To clear her name, Chuan devises a plan to expose the disgruntled student who started the smear campaign, while encouraging Man to reclaim her professional standing by challenging celebrity coach Joe (Kevin Chu).

Fan Kwok Sang's schizophrenic breakdown led to the accidental death of his wife Wai Ling, and he was committed to a psychiatric hospital three years ago. Now Fan is ready to be released, with Dr. Chow Ming Kit vouching for him even though his senior objects. However, Fan finds it hard to cope with his new life. Something bad happens to him and Chow becomes obsessed in trying to defend his patient, as well as save his own reputation.

Nam is not your typical teenager. Sure, he spends a little too much time on his computer, and tries a little too hard to meet the gorgeous stewardess who lives in his building. But recently three of Nam's friends have committed suicide, which isn't all bad since, as the title implies, he sees ghosts. However, these suicides only foreshadow weirder things to come. Soon his brother Tung, along with Chee, his stewardess crush, begin to act strangely, while his visions of ghostly children and other phantoms grow more frequent. With aid from his brother's girlfriend Charlie, Nam sets out to investigate his haunted building's past and help these malevolent spirits cross over.

Dr. Ko Lap-yan heads a team of senior psychiatrists and residents at the Yan Wo Hospital in Hong Kong. Most episodes revolve around the team diagnosing patients. With a specialty at diagnosing criminals, Ko also has close ties with the Serious Crime Unit of the Hong Kong Police Force, a unit headed by Senior Inspector Chung Kwon-ban. The second series sees Ko's resignation from the Yan Wo Hospital; he is later transferred to a new psychiatric department, the Forensics Psychiatry Department, of Bok On Hospital, where he formally diagnoses criminals.
