Shirin leads a peaceful life in Iranian good middle-class, until the day her uncle Saeed asks her father to hire her in his travel agency. She finally decides to work. Her destiny changes, as she meets a young and attractive American, who goes to the agency to buy a plane ticket for Shiraz, the city of roses and poets.

When his business partner is hurt in a car accident, happily married Mahmoud (Fariborz Arabnia) must travel to Tehran, where he falls for the beautiful Sima (Hedye Tehrani). The two agree to a "temporary marriage," but problems arise when Sima doesn't want the arrangement to end. In order to do so she meets many mothers to chose the perfect mother among them. She finally decides to quit making this film because of tiredness but doctor Rahbar wants her to continue. Maani is teasing her every day preventing her from marrying doctor Rahbar but she finally decides that she wants to marry him.
