Hussein Fawzi

Nabil is a famous singer and a member of the Thousand and One Nights band. Rising singer Hudhod wishes to work with him. She follows him to Kafr El-Zayat where he's meeting his wet nurse and pretends to be his sister in breastfeeding to get his attention, while Anwaar pretends to love him to benefit from his fame.

A man divorces his wife and his daughter Salma lives with him. However, he marries a playful young girl who cheats on him with a theater actor called Riyad, who brags about his infidelity to his friend, the playwright Hazem. Salma happens to meet Hazem on the same train, as she was traveling to her father’s estate and he was going to visit his friend Riyad. At the estate, Salma learns about her stepmother's betrayal.

Antar lives in Lebanon with his daughter Tota who loves singing. Tota travels with her friend Hend to Egypt to complete their studies. When Antar accidentally sees his daughter in a show, she agrees with Hend for each of them to impersonate the other in the institute where she studies.

Al-Usta (Bahbah), the barber, lives in the city of Baghdad, and one of his customers, Sheikh (Makhlouf), tells him: Shahbandar al-Tajjar said that he had a son who was constantly ill, named (Qamar al-Din). He suggests that he get him a slave girl, perhaps she will bring joy and happiness to his heart. Indeed, his father buys a slave girl named Baddour. She discovers that the cause of his illness is his love for (Shams), the daughter of the judge, so Badour suggests that he convince his father to guide her to the judge so that she can be the messenger of love between (Qamar) and (Shams), and Bahbah helps her in that. He knows the judge. By order, he imprisons them all and they try to escape.

The film revolves around the fisherman Mohsen, who wishes to marry Laila, the daughter of his employer, Al-Reis Aweis. One day, a young man arrives in town to work with Al-Reis Aweis. The young man learns of Mohsen's plan to marry Laila and fires Mohsen from his job. However, Mohsen later finds work in the arts, and things develop for both Laila and Mohsen after their separation.

Buthaina and Saber both live in the "el eish wal el mal7" neighborhood, but when Buthaina starts working for Bahjat Bey, her simple life begins to change, and Saber is shocked by her sudden change in attitude toward him.
