Kalyana Ramudu is a 2003 Telugu family film and remake of Malayalam film Kalyanaraman, directed by G. Ram Prasad and produced by Venkata Shyam Prasad under SP Entertainments. The film stars Venu Thottempudi, Nikita and Prabhu Deva in the lead roles.

Karthik (Sairam Shankar), Satya (Allari Naresh), Ali (Abhishek), Lakshmi (Swathi) and Radhika Reddy (Shireen) are childhood friends. They set out to a farmhouse for a party to celebrate the prospective marriage of Lakshmi. On the way they collide with a police vehicle and speed away to the party happening in the outskirts of the city. The policemen in the vehicle are badly hurt and one of them takes note of the car number which hit them. The police raid the party in search of the owners of the car. Panic raises among the crowd and the group consisting of the five friends escape from the party and in process of avoiding the chasing cops.

He gives preferences to money over relations & love. He goes to extent of buying his brothers share of ancestral property & then drive them away. He falls in love with beautician (Kausha) by ignoring a village belle (Vidisha) who falls head over heel for him. The rest of the story is all about how he realizes the importance of love & relationships.

Shailu (Anushka Shettyl) is a harried, ill-tempered businesswoman living in the United States, trying to care for her mother and young nephew and manage her bills. KK (Jagapati Babu), who with his young daughter opens a shop across the street from hers, helps her find a new perspective on her life. Shailu falls in love with KK, but when she declares her feelings for him learns that he already has a wife, Vidya (Bhumika Chawla). In flashback, the film relates the romance of KK and Vidya. In the past, KK was himself an abrasive businessman when he sought a mate at Jalaja Rao Marriage Bureau. Instead, he winds up courting and marrying Vidya, an employee. KK's dilemma is simplified by the fact that one of the women in his life is dying from chronic leukemia.

Madhav happens to see Amrutha one fine day and falls in love with her. …… If I start telling the relationships and complexity of the relations, you would complain to me after watching the film that I deprived you of enjoying the happenings on the screen. So let me stop writing the story line and start jumping into actor's performance department.

A young man returns home years after he ran away. He tries to win over his childhood love, but she is in love with someone else. How will he react?

Veeravenkata Satyanarayana Swamy a.k.a. Satyam (Nandamuri Balakrishna) is a beloved person for several villagers, having touched and changed many a life. His grandmother is Baby (Simran Bagga) whose husband dedicated his life to gain independence, taken later as a prisoner of war and missing henceforth. Meanwhile, corrupt doctors, lawyers and journalists are allegedly killed, but their bodies are missing. The suspicions are on Swamy who is arrested, but an old man calling himself Okka Magadu (Nandamuri Balakrishna) claims to have committed those acts. The point is, OM looks like the older version of Swamy whose sworn enemy is Namboodriyar(Ashutosh Rana), a politician whose son elopes with a middle-class girl under Swamy's protection. The story line is very much similar to that of the film Bharateyudu (Indian (1996 film)) starred by the iconic actor Kamal Haasan.Movie was a blockbuster hit.
