The Way of the World

Serdar is 29 years old. He is an introvert person who continues his life as an animator. The idealist journalist who works in the magazine Ah Güzel Istanbul has long been in love with Gizem, but Gizem is not even aware of his existence. Serdar, with his roommates Batu and Masal result as a result of a claim, meets Gizem and decides to be dear. The subject of Gizem's interview with the magazine is filo-phobia. And Serdar introduces himself as a filo-phobic.

The Ottoman Republic

The film depicts a world in which Atatürk never became leader, the War of Independence never took place, and the Ottoman Republic continues to exist in a form adapted to the present day. The continuation of the Ottoman Republic instead of the Republic of Turkey, Ankara not being the capital, signs and license plates being in both Turkish and Arabic, and the sultan wearing a suit under his caftan are some of the tragicomic situations that make up the film's story.

What Remains

While both living under demanding conditions of city life, Sevda and Zuhal’s paths intersect when Sevda’s husband Cezmi starts having an affair with Zuhal. This betrayal is life threatening for Sevda, who considers her marriage and the perfect order of daily life she created as a huge success.

Yabancı

Ozgur is a young woman who is the daughter of a refugee family fled to France. She is born and raised in Paris. After her father Huseyin's death, she comes to Istanbul to fulfill Huseyin's last wish. He wanted to be buried in his own country. But because of September 12 military coup d'etat period, Huseyin is no more a Turkish citizen. So this happens to be a great obstacle for Ozgur. This will force Ozgur to a journey both in Istanbul and herself. In this journey Ozgur will meet with her father's and mother's relatives who are completely different people. Most importantly she will meet with Ferhat who will deeply effect her. This journey will become a confrontation with themselves and 2011's Turkey for Ozgur and Ferhat.

When Nüzhet, the handsome son of the richest family in town, sets his eyes on the married Mükerrem, she is at first disgusted with Nüzhet’s overt sexual innuendo. However, it isn’t long before Mükerrem yields to her lust and thus they embark on an affair. When Seniha finally reveals her sister-in-law’s un-virtuousness to her brother, Seniha has no idea what the consequences will be and how cruelly her destiny will change.
