Katharina’s husband Richard vanishes in Prague. She uncovers his fake EU job, affair with Vera, and theft from the Russian mafia after Vera’s father’s murder. With help from undercover cop Bové, she learns Richard isn’t a killer but entangled in crime, then boldly confronts mafia boss Orlov.

Told from the perspective of man reflecting on his childhood in Prague in the early years of World War II and the eventual destruction of his family as the Nazis rise to power. The storyline focuses heavily on Jewish-Czech Silberstein family members. Drama was filmed on the real events as a tribute to Mr. Nicholas Winton, the British humanitarian who organized the rescue of 669 children, most of them Jewish, from Czechoslovakia on the eve of the Second World War in an operation later known as the Czech Kindertransport from German-occupied Czechoslovakia and likely death in the Holocaust.

Dora, a lazy and evil woman, is in love with her servant, Hannes. Hannes, however, loves her sister-in-law, Margareta. When Dora learns about this, she vows revenge against the couple.

Prague 1994, hotbed of international profiteers. Here you can still find buyers for discarded everyday objects, here you can still buy cheap houses - provided you can find a Czech straw man. Joint venture, a rogue comedy in which everyone believes they are smarter than the other and everyone hopes to win their dirty game at the other's expense.

Markéta and Honza are a loving and beloved royal couple. The cunning princess Eufrozína beguiles Lucifer with her charm and, with the help of seven-league boots, flees from hell with her father to reunite with King Brambas and deprive Honza of his throne. Honza's evil sister Dora also takes advantage of his absence on a campaign against the enemy and sneaks into the castle, where she almost kills Markýta and her newborn son, just so she can win Honza for herself. This time, however, the lovers are supported by Kujbaba, Hnipírka, Valihrach, the wise godmother, a pair of devils, Lucifer himself, a three-headed dragon with a little dragon, and other characters.

In 1781, Countess Marie Karolina shelters an influential Abbé, a former Jesuit who vehemently opposes progress. Only Dr. Kamenický dares challenge him, restoring the countess’s zest for life. Her husband, obsessed with finding a hidden treasure, neglects the estate and seduces her ward Renáta. Meanwhile, returning exile Václav’s secret reunion with Frantina in cave hideouts is betrayed by jealous suitor Tomáš, who, with the Abbé’s help, unleashes a violent manhunt.
