In the year 6470, a husband and wife team of explorers receive a mysterious distress signal from an astronaut who disappeared decades earlier. They leave their son on board their ship while they go searching for the missing astronaut — but fate intervenes, crash-landing the ship on a jungle-like planet populated by bulbous, telekinetic aliens and eerie stone gardens of frozen space creatures.

In the Free Theater (Teatrul Liber) of Bucharest, the actors and crew prepare a new show, with the play "Disguise" ("Travesti"). After the opening night, which is only partly successful, they reach the conclusion that, along the years, they came to the mistake of also disguising this true feelings, becoming hypocrites, and this has a negative effect to their stage performances too.

Around the nationalization in 1948, a worker's daughter, as a student, is attracted by the social life offered by a breed horse owner. The relationship will sour by the cruelty with which he kills the horses, rather then give them away.

The film presents the drama of a proud man, full of himself, proud of his physical and intellectual qualities. Palaloga, whose life had been an uninterrupted succession of gallant, professional and spiritual successes, finds out at one point that he is seriously ill and is approaching death. In full dying delirium, almost like a confession, he realizes that his life until then was just an empty lie, in which he never lived something true, pure and beautiful and asks an imaginary Mephistopheles to give him another month of life, because in the meantime to achieve something great to stay after him…

Cristian, a young idealistic prosecutor whose career is on the rise, tries to crack a case against a senior colleague accused of corruption. The dilemma of choosing between his career and the truth weighs heavily on his shoulders. Looking further to solve the case, he enters a danger zone paved with unexpected and painful revelations.

Three mice regularly clash with a group of cats. One day, Eye Patch the cat hurls a book at them. The mice see it is Alexandre Dumas' "Three Musketeers" and after reading it decide to imitate the exploits and adventures of the famous trio.

A lunatic conductor-director brings to light a kaleidoscope of characters from a kind of insect. Comedy in "zig-zag" from smile to laugh, inspired by a book by humorist Valentin Silvestru.

Used to move along with the construction projects they were working for, a group of people decide that is time to settle.
