We follow the filmmaker's struggle to reconstruct a period of her life when she lost her memory.

Magdalena makes a journey to find her son, who has disappeared on his way to the Mexican border with the United States. Her odyssey takes her to meet Miguel, a man recently deported from the US. They start to travel together, Magdalena looking for her son, and Miguel hoping to see his mother again.

Ana and Leo, are marked since childhood by a sudden event: the suicide of their father. Separately, they take life as they can, without removing the feeling that anything can become as disposable as plastic.

The death of her sister has haunted Ana since her childhood. Ana has returned to Tijuana, her hometown, where she will have to fight this fragmented, cloudy and painful memory.

Sara does not belong to this world, but in a last effort she sets out on a journey in search of her only important person.
