After finishing school, three friends go to Chiatura for work. Two of them start working in a black stone mine, and the third, Bondo, works as a driver in a lumber yard. Friends' paths divide here. With the advice of the warehouse manager, Bondo gets used to easy income and does not shy away from dark affairs.

In the mountain village comes a group of young musicians in Tbilisi. Here they are going to relax and rehearse. Sad story about the final rupture occurred, the peasants do not sing beautiful old songs, the musicians play music incomprehensible to them ... Far from the idyllic image of rural life.

Their lack of loyalty enrages Zura and in the rush of the blood he crashes his father’s car. The accident takes Laxo’s life. Zura’s father does his best to save his son from deserved punishment but the first one against his decision is Zura himself.

Before moving to a new village, the elderly Vano and Mariam give a gift to people - they carry water from a spring to the highway...

Chiriki and Chikotela are neighbors who have an endless dispute over a small piece of land. Neighbors will eventually reconcile when their children fall in love with each other.

The film is about the painful feeling of unrequited love and introduces us to the episode of the life of a young, virtuous and intelligent doctor, who is tired of the monotony of life.
