In 2023, the band Tequilajazzz embarked on the first tour after the outbreak of the war. In the autumn of 2023, on the volcanic rocks of the Adriatic coast, the band played a special concert "Four Winds", imbued with maritime romance and the mood of the Scandinavian fjords beloved by Evgeny Fedorov.

A young man arrives in a village on the White Sea. He comes in search of a girl who ran away from the city without saying goodbye. An old man from among the locals offers to show him the way. Neither the young man nor the old imagine what trials await them along the way.

However, upon arriving at the place, at the boss's house, the company finds the leader's mistress with one of the companions. A night of drinking turns into a mess with the participation of actors in disguise. In this mess, no one notices how the stolen painting disappears…

In the center of the plot is a senior investigator named Masha Shvetsova and her male colleagues. The plot is the most vital, but, like in “Streets of Broken Lanterns,” it is seasoned with a fair amount of humor - otherwise, how can the audience (and the heroes) endure countless morgues, identifications and other “cute” charms of the investigative routine?
