The story of two childhood friends, Ferdi and Leyla (Necla Nazır) who grow up in the same household like brother and sister. Despite their love for each other, Leyla goes to her uncle in Istanbul, while Ferdi wins a vocal competition in Adana. After becoming successful, Ferdi marries Leyla and they have a baby that will strengthen their happiness, but comes with an unexpected pain.

Murat, who loses the woman he loves on the wedding day, is almost dead. However, after a while, Serap becomes a great hope for him.

While hiking with her friends in the mountains, Nevin gets caught in a blizzard and goes missing. She is rescued by Dr. Ferit just as she is about to freeze to death. The young and beautiful girl stays as a guest at the doctor's mountain house that night and spends the night with him. However, Nevin is devastated when she learns from a letter she finds that Ferit is about to get married, and she flees. The distraught young woman returns home and leaves for abroad without telling anyone, including her mother Leyla. Ferit, who feels guilty about his relationship with Nevin and had been searching for her to marry her, has now given up hope. At that very moment, Ferit meets Leyla, Nevin's mother, who is his new patient, and falls in love with her shortly thereafter.
