In Madrid, a Lawyer gets the freedom for "El Chirlo" a usual 20 years old crook. Chirlo wants to thank Jaime, his lawyer, the defense and treat him for a meal with Rocio, Jaime's girlfriend. Jaime leave so Chirlo and Rocio go together to take a walk. Since then, everything turns bad.

A superstitious servant girl - who has foreboding nightmares about a naked man on horseback - comes to live with a solitary female artist at her country chateau. As the artist takes the girl under her wing, a sensuous relationship develops between them.

A good looking Iberian macho courts a free spirited young woman. The passionate temperament of her romantic beau might become too much for her to handle; or can she control it?

This satirical comedy follows the strict older generation pitting themselves against the pleasure-seeking youths, both in 1947 and in 1978.

Juan, before the economic problems arising as a result of the arrival of democracy in Spain, decides to go to Venezuela, with Jaime, his brother, who has made ​​his fortune in that country.
