The only thing missing for success is a sewage system. The mayor has been promised a subsidy for the construction of a sewage treatment plant if he has the sewers dug across the entire village within two weeks. Thanks to his efforts, however, the village has a completely new road and sidewalks. So there is only one option left. The sewer system will run through the gardens. Everyone agrees with this plan, except for one person, the mayor's father-in-law, Topol.

During his visit, Horace witnesses two strange deaths. However, not wanting to get involved in any more cases, he leaves the beautiful place without forming a clear opinion about the events. Two years later, however, circumstances cause him to doubt whether he did the right thing, so he goes to see Vašátko to get some clarity on the case. They both come to the conclusion that a murder took place in Zdeněk's home and also identify the perpetrator. All that remains is to convict him...

The second half features the short film Barcarole, also produced by Divadlo Verze.

He frequently argues with his ex-wife over their 17 year-old daughter Julie, who despises his new way of life. Then the consequences of his behavior catch up with him. He loses his job, and the editor-in-chief position is given to a young and beautiful woman. But his bad luck does not end there. After another fight with his ex-wife and daughter, and a woman driver crashing into his car, Karel and his best friend Cestmír have an evening of binge drinking. During the wild night, he expresses a wish to be a woman. When he wakes up the next morning he discovers that his wish has been granted.

On grandpa's life story, mapping a big part of the 20th century traumas, one can see how much an individual's fate depends on the movement and changes of history.
