A medieval love story with lots of adventures. The times are troubled - there's a revolt of peasants going on. To secure its safety a monastery chases for a relics of a holy Brigitte. A nobleman promises to get it if he gets beautiful Agnes as a reward. But she fells in love with a handsome adventurer. The monastery has to act shrewd now and play double game.

I, The Investigator

A seriously injured young man was found on a Georgian military road. Investigator Georgy Mikeladze finds out that the victim - the navigator of the Tallinn Shipping Company - was rolling in his new Volga on vacation days. The investigator goes to the criminal and, having connected employees of the Riga criminal investigation department to the case, arrests the robber.

Nazis and Blondes

Veteran actors from the 3 Baltic countries - Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania - gather at a castle in Latvia to receive awards for their roles as Nazi villains in propagandist Soviet war films. They reminisce about the films that made them famous throughout the USSR, but also stigmatized the Baltic countries as Nazi sympathizers in the eyes of many Russians - a misconception that is nowadays exploited by the Russian media, desperate to label the Baltic countries as a fascist haven.

In one of the prestigious restaurants during banquet speech a large company's director Palmgren is killed in front of dozen guests . Case is lead by Criminal Investigation Officer Pierre Monson with his assistants. Suspect can be easily intercepted if only miserably lazy police officers Kvant and Kristiansson instead of catching criminal would not argue with father of little 3 years old boy who yelled: "Police, police, mashed potatoes" when they ate hot dogs. Help comes from capital in form of the famous Commissioner Martin Beck, who discovers that murdered industrialist was involved in illegal activities and had many enemies. The case is linked as well with government's "higher ends".

The dawn of the XX century promised Latvians a prosperous and happy future. The nation’s self-esteem had awakened, and farmers were increasingly able to rise above even the estate stewards. Rudups, old soldier of the Kaiser and, with his wealth and pride, a thorn in the Baron’s side, becomes truly uncontrollable when he’s hit by Cupid’s arrow. The old boy is willing to do anything for simple maid Emily. But the girl loves his godson Karlis. It’s all a mix of riches, of cheating, and the Baron’s lawlessness. The Winds Blow in Baku

Summer 1942. Nazi troops storm the Caucasus. They are rushing to get their hands on Baku oil. An Abwehr special group called "Wartburg" has settled in the Nalchik area. In Baku, German spy Ziegel (Pavel Kadochnikov) heads to the oil fields from Maykop under the name of Soviet engineer Kashtanov. Tankers carrying gasoline begin to explode in the Caspian Sea. Soviet counterintelligence agent "Khazri" infiltrates "Wartburg"...

The elderly nursing home residents for years feel worthless and troublesome. But then a crazy idea strikes them - to waive their pensions and enroll in the army as volunteers thus saving the country from financial crisis and spending excitingly the last years of their lives. The oldies are wise enough at organizing this event and now real adventures begin.

The Road to Rübezahl

The German anti-fascist Max in 1939 emigrated to the USSR. During the Great Patriotic War, he fought in the Soviet partisan detachment and died, performing a responsible mission. After many years, her companion in guerrilla warfare, Lyudmila, was able to realize their common dream — to climb to the top of Mount Rübezahl.

In 17th-century Latvia, as Swedish and Polish armies march across the war-torn land, the corrupt councillors of Riga stand ready to hand over the city’s keys to whichever foreign power pays the highest price.
