Ernesto Pérez Roble is a tycoon, owner of a multimedia group, who when he dies leaves everything in the hands of his daughter Juana. But Camila Lamónica appears, his other daughter -unrecognized-, who owns a dancehall and wants half of her father's fortune.

Un Buda follows two brothers orphaned as children when their parents were taken by the military during the "Dirty Wars" of the 1970s in Argentina. Tomas is now a drifting and withdrawn young man who experiments with ascetic practices and has an instinctive compassion for others. His older brother Rafael is a university philosophy professor, detached and alone. Their struggles with each other and the world around them in Buenos Aires take a dramatic turn when they find themselves at a rural Zen center.

He lives in the midst of amusing and dangerous chaos, of a family of characters deeply affected by the tremendous impossibility of developing normally in the world, in our current society. Through their eyes we will see how each one, consciously or unconsciously, inevitably constructing their own destiny.
