The introduction of this film is set during the time of the Junta (1967-1974) when the main character (Lefteris Dimakopoulos) used to work at the fish-market in Mesolonggi in order to be able to finish his studies at the Polytechnic University. Later on, we watch Lefteris’ life through his relationship with Dimitra, a fellow student. The ups and downs in their relationship during the course of their studies end up in a deadlock, in which they sacrifice their relationship to their quest for success.

A group of friends who refuse to be trapped by social conventions find refuge in the home of the only bachelor in the group. However, because they dislike its decor, they devise a plan to remodel it without spending any money. What better way to do this than through a wedding... Profane humor, familiar situations, and characters. The apotheosis of male vanity and superficiality. For them, women are simply a means to an end, a way to achieve their plan. Up to a point, because when love intervenes, things take a different turn, they are transformed into sensitive and weak creatures and are fulfilled in a woman's embrace.

She is a performance artist who uses self-torture as an art form. When she realizes that the relationship with her father is poisoning her behavior and discourages anyone who is trying to love her, she decides to search out the past of her tortured by the military junta father.

"Erotas Fygas" travels us to Greece in the 50's that overcomes its darkness, moves forward and evolves, through a fatal love, an exciting plot, moral crossroads that we still meet today, intense characters, emotions, and stormy twists .
