A chance meeting on a train in the Turkish countryside leads two women to a journey that shows them the importance of setting a path for one's life.

Based on the stage play bearing the same name, director Franziska Meyer Price allows men to return to rebellious ladhood.

Since rock star John Winter has completely turned his life around and is happy, he has stopped writing hits - much to the chagrin of his manager Grobsch, who is in a real pickle as a result. He therefore instructs his assistant Lou to get John back on track. Lou comes up with all sorts of ideas and seems to be successful. But then John wants to give up music for good.

These five homeless individuals living on the streets find themselves facing a curfew on the morning of September 12, 1980. However, the only "home" they can go to is the streets themselves. As a result of a series of comedic misunderstandings, they find themselves imprisoned alongside political prisoners in the same jail.

Mithat passionately collects newspapers in his Istanbul flat. The other tenants ridicule him and he lives a lonely life. As the building is to be renovated, Mithat develops a friendship with concierge Ali, another loner, who helps him save his collection. They involuntarily change each other’s fate.

Senta and Thomas are dying to fall in love - just not with one another. Still, when two people - a hopeless romantic and a system analyst - meet, an unexpected amour fou ensues.
