Bruce returns to Manila to investigate the murder of his sister, Susan Chang. On the night of her attack she was helped by an amateur-boxer, Ramon "Rocky" Roblado. Behind Susan's death is the 'Black Dragon Society', who are searching for a sacred Samurai sword hilt which contains a map leading to a hidden location of one billion in Gold.
