After living a long and colorful life, Allan Karlsson finds himself stuck in a nursing home. On his 100th birthday, he leaps out a window and begins an unexpected journey.

Bröderna Hårdrock is a film about two brothers who are planning a heavy metal convention in their sleepy village. Their mother, the village priest, worries about them and wants them to settle down and have families. A young female teacher and line dance instructor in the village sets both their hearts beating faster and, unaware of each other's feelings, they enter a battle to win her affections.

Dolores and Gunellen live together in a house with a small garden. They need each other to balance their lives. Gunellen's straightforwardness and curiosity makes Dolores let go a bit of her need for order, and Dolores' urge to "tell-all-about-how-every-thing-works" and follow routines helps Gunellen organizer her life. We join the three couples in a comedy about divorces, love, child longing, weird parents and unwritten bathing rules in Torekov.

Some of her most famous characters also appear during the show, but they are not the focus when Mia performs this mixture of monologue and stand-up. The ambiguous name of the performance sets the agenda for the show and with the help of Mia's fantastic storytelling skills, the show balances between great comedy and equally great seriousness. Sex and above all female sexuality are often in focus. The reason for this, according to Mia, is quite simple: -There is a huge need to hear the woman's version. All the nagging about sex everywhere has always been based on men's needs and ideas, which is why so many women have never found their own horniness. There is a lot of sadness and resignation to vent.

The series is named after a small part of Saltsjöbaden called Solsidan. It revolves around Alex and Anna who are expecting their first child and have just moved to Alex's childhood home in Saltsjöbaden, Stockholm County. Alex tries to get Anna to enjoy herself, and at the same time spend time with his childhood friend Fredde.
