Shaitan (Joginder) needs to sacrifice seven young women so that he can attain immortality. He stumbles upon a man (Kamal Hassan), who had been worshiping Satan himself for many-many years. The man has grown old and also wishes to stay young forever. Shaitan signs a deal with him, granting temporary youth at first, that will become eternal after the sacrifice of the 7th and last young woman.

After being released from jail, Shyamu returns home to his village and his home to his mom, and blind sister, Radha. Shyamu and his mom try to get Radha married, but in vain, as no one wants to marry blind woman. Shyamu takes Radha for treatment to Dr. Ashok, who assures them that her vision can be restored, and the cost is around Rs.5000/-. Shyamu come up with the money, and soon Radha gets her eyesight back. One day, Shyamu rescues a beautiful young woman, Seema, from being raped by Gangu, takes her home, nurses her, and falls head-over-heels in love with her. He hopes to marry her. His mother is thrilled and plans the marriage of both Shyamu and Radha. But there is a hitch in the plans. Seema loves another man - a man to whom Shyamu is indebted to for life. Will this man permit Shyamu to marry Seema?

Widower Sultan Singh lives a poor lifestyle in a village in central India along with his son, Karma and daughter, Devi. The region of about 50 villages is being terrorized by a bandit named Ranga and there are only 50 Policemen, who are unable to apprehend him. After Sultan's death Karma decides to teach the villagers to defend themselves but is typecast as a rebel, arrested by the Police, and held in a cell. Ranga abducts a young lad, names him Ranga, and trains him to be a bandit. After Ranga passes away, the younger Ranga, mesmerized by the evil Ginnibai, takes over. Ranga abducts Devi, forces her to marry him to sire children who he will train to become Rangas of the future, as well as look after several abducted young children who he also plans to train and turn them also into future Rangas - and there is no mortal on Earth who can stop him.

Inspectors Amar (Dharmendra) and Dayal (Raza Murad) in their attempt to arrest bandit Sher Singh (Amrish Puri),, get injured, Amar survives, but Dayal gets his legs crushed and becomes wheelchair-bound. Later, Amar arrests local politician Jagannath Prasad (Kader Khan), who gets released without being charged while Amar gets reprimanded, and decides to resign. Later, Sher Singh hijacks a bus and holds the passengers as hostages in exchange for 25 of his jailed associates. Dayal's granddaughter, Seema (Mandakini), is amongst them, and Dayal asks Amar for assistance. Amar, along with ex-convict, Qasim Ali (Shatrughan Sinha), and Karan (Karan Kapoor), a drug-dealer, does manage to rescue them but differences crop up among the trio and they part ways. Then Amar finds out that Qasim and Karan have masterminded a plan to facilitate the escape of the 25 convicts, and decides to confront them.

The town of Shantinagar is terrorized by D.B.D.N who likes to kill people for his will. A daredevil cop enters the town.

Basanti is a brave working class teenage girl whose father Shankar is respected in the village for his honesty. Baba puts an evil spirit in Shabnam body and Shabnam kills a village man in the Jungle. When Thakur Mahendra Pratap comes to know about this from his brother Vijay, he takes job of finding that evil. He goes in Jungle and finds Shabnam and brings her to the village and villagers hang her till death. But after sometime Baba comes there and takes Shabnam's body while Karishma and Vijay are going through Jungle. Baba arrests Vijay and by his Kali Shakti he puts Shabnam's soul in Karishma's body by which she kills her mother. Thakur sends Sonam to Mama. Day-by-day villagers find dead bodies in the village and Gullu suspects Karishma. After some years Sonam comes to haveli with Rahul and her mama and at the same time a doctor is murdered by Karishma. Another day Gullu was also killed. Rahul suspect on Baba and they follow Baba. Baba traps them and there they come to know Vijay is alive.
