A railway controller and his sweetheart live in peace next to the railway tracks. Out of nowhere, an umbrella flies into their life.

Misha observes the area with binoculars. In the infinite white, he notices Gia, as lonely as himself.

Dato’s friends learn that his lover Tamriko is getting married to another man. They decide to get Tamriko and Dato closer to each other. They ask Tamriko a nurse, to go with them in the ambulance outside the city. Tamriko learns that she is kidnapped and demands that she is brought back home. However, Tamriko gets to like the company of her "kidnappers" and stays.

A cult of diners, restaurants and an excessive eating prevails in the City of Joy. Different contests are held in cooking the Georgian cuisine. Makro, a famous singer, decides to lend some spirituality to the city of gluttons. For that purpose she decides to set up a gallery of beautiful paintings in one of the city’s restaurants. The owners of the restaurant oppose that decision, but due to Makro’s agility the tenants of the city carry the paintings to the new museum.
