Raghu and Shanti are divorced couple which sparks problems between both respective younger brothers.

Murali, a playful youngster, makes quick money by challenging others. But when one of his challenges goes haywire, it ruins a girl's wedding, and he decides to make it up to her.

Ragupathy leaves his village for the city and finds a job at a 5-star hotel owned by a man in a relationship with his mother. When his life is threatened, Ragupathy decides to ensure his safety.

Raja learns that the girl he loves is in love with another man. When he comes to know about the long-standing dispute between both their families, he goes to their village to unite them.

Kausalya faces several difficulties when she tries to discipline a group of youngsters who are idlers and always cause huge embarrassment to their families.

The movie deals with four friends. Ravichandran, the hero, is the son of a rich man (Veera Raghavan), and he along with his three friends Nagesh, Mali and Murthy, lives in a mansion owned by his father. While they plan to go on a holiday, a young woman (Kanchana) sneaks into the bungalow, fleeing from danger, and begs the hero to offer her solace for two days. He agrees and the trip is cancelled. Kanchanca and Ravichandran fall in love. Another woman (Vijaya Chandrika) suddenly appears one night and leaves her child, Baby Shanthi, with a note claiming that she is Mali’s daughter. Mali asserts that he has never seen the baby before and asserts that he doesn’t know the woman in the letter. But he falls for the child and brings her up with love and affection.
