At the heart of the film is the partner selection institute Duogena, which—very progressive for its time—not only works with computers but also uses video technology: as a visual calling card, a video portrait is recorded of each client in the Duogena studio. The task of 40-year-old bachelor Felix Stamm as a Duogena employee is to grapple with the catalogued heart's desires and to coach clients so that they present their quirks and idiosyncrasies, their concerns and wishes to the camera in as positive a light as possible.

The film follows a group of 14 Swiss girls during and after their final exams. It shows their little worries, joys, and conflicts during a time of transition from youth to adulthood.

In their second feature film, the famous Hessian radio comedy family Hesselbach goes on a vacation trip.

On his journey through the Flemish province, Don Fernando, the king's stadtholder, passes through the small, bourgeois community of Terbrügg. There, he meets Antje, the mayor's wife. To impress the beautiful lady, he gives her his bathtub. It's a sensation in the small town, which has never seen such a tub before. Out of envy and resentment, Antje is pilloried for her "immoral" passion for bathing and becomes the laughingstock of the town...

Intended as a light farce this comedy by Luigi Commencini is a little plodding in its story about a bank manager who has had it with his buttoned-down, boring job. One Monday he can no longer face the tedium of both his work and his life and so he stays home and rebels by playing with toys and joining in on a radio concert with his own instruments. His erratic behavior does not go unnoticed and soon a winsome psychiatrist whom he knows and secretly admires, is right there trying to help him. The newly liberated bank manager logically grasps this opportunity to press forward his innermost feelings.

After separating from her partner, Lisa is looking for a new challenge. A friend helps her get a job as a chambermaid in a luxury hotel. In order to cover a loss, she learns how to rip off millionaires. In the process, she falls in love with one of her victims...
