A male and a female in their human forms are in love with each other. When the male turns back into a snake, he is shot by a member of a hunting party, who thought the snake was going to attack the woman. Enraged at the brutal killing of her beloved; the female snake begins to take revenge on the six involved, killing them one by one after assuming the form of a human.

The film blends classic tales from the Shiv Puran and the Ramayana. It begins with the celestial powers of Sati Anusuya, which lead the trinity of gods (Brahma, Vishnu, and Mahesh) to test her virtue, resulting in them temporarily turning into infants at her ashram. Later, the narrative transitions into key events from the Ramayana. Goddess Parvati (Uma) doubts whether Lord Rama is truly an incarnation of Lord Vishnu. She tests Rama by disguising herself as Sita, but Rama respectfully addresses her as Mother, proving his divinity. The second half follows the core events of the epic, including the battle with Ravana, Sita's agnipariksha (trial by fire), her exile, the birth of Lava and Kush, and her eventual return to Mother Earth.

A young couple struggle with poverty, but a job opportunity which cancels their financial woes leads to new tests of character

However, Mary has other plans, she ditches Kishan and joins forces with Diwan Shamsher Singh to masquerade as the long-lost daughter of Ranimaa of Chandpur. Mary does not know that it was the Diwan who has done away with Rajkumari Ratna, and he will not hesitate to kill Mary - or anyone else who dares to stand in his way and the treasure of Chandpur.

Childhood sweethearts Gopi and Kishen hope to get married when they are grown up. Gopi dances to the magical tunes of Kishen's clarinet (shenai), and both are virtually inseparable. Years pass by, both have grown up and Gopi's mom, Jamuna, would like Gopi to get married to a young man from Lucknow, by the name of Shekhar, who works for All India Radio. Then the villagers ask Kishen to leave the town as he has brought shame on them all by continuing to meet with Gopi...

Bombay-based Rajesh lives a fairly wealthy lifestyle with his parents, mom - a housewife and dad - a rather parsimonious businessman, named Amirchand. One day while walking on the beach, he comes across a beautiful blind girl named Shivani. He instantly falls in love with her. She also likes him, but understands that they cannot be married. Regardless of this, Rajesh asks his parents to permit him to marry her, to which his mother agrees, but his father refuses. Then Mr. Rai, Amirchand's friend, intervenes, he offers to pay for getting Shivani's eyes tested, and if she succeeds in getting her sight, then and only then can Amirchand permit his son to marry her.

This is the story of Lord Ram and his years spent in exile with his wife and brother, and also chronicles the end of the demon king Ravan and his family.

The happenings of one night. A young heiress, on the run from her murderous uncle, roams the streets of Bombay where she runs into a series of shady characters. Also attending are three other bachelors Akshay, Bipin, and Shirish. Akshay is ousted from the committee when he gets married. He suggests that all members meet at his place instead. Nirmala, the Professor's daughter also joins the crowd becoming the only female member. Purna is attracted to Nirmala and suggests marriage, which Nirmala refuses. Akshay has three sisters Shailabala a child widow, Nripabala and Nirabala. His mother is busy fixing matches for Nripabala and Nirabala. Finally, the two sisters are matched with Shirish and Bipin, while Nirmala and Purna get together.
