Raasi (Tamil: ராசி ) (English: Luck) is a 1997 Tamil film directed by Murali-Abbas and produced by S. S. Chakravarthy. The film features Ajith Kumar and Rambha in the lead roles with Prakash Raj and Vadivelu playing supporting roles. The film was released on 14 April 1997 to negative reviews and reception.

A young woman shares a deep bond with her father and later, falls in love with a man. Shortly afterwards, she is diagnosed with a terminal illness and attempts to make amends for her past behavior.

Velu Naicker, who witnesses the brutal murder of his father, kills a corrupt policeman and escapes to Mumbai, only to become a gangster.

Meera's life changes after she witnesses a policeman committing a murder. He then vows to kill her, but Jeeva, a man who falls in love with her, takes it upon himself to protect her.
