Shaded by the influence and lessons of the men in her life: Nhan her childhood sweetheart| her great unrequited love; Hung fifty shades of empty but a great physical attraction; Tung the man of her dreams| husband| lover and friend; and Tan - the gentle man who promises a simpler life. Each of the men in her life contribute to Dieu's great success (and failures) as she climbs to the top of Vietnam's gangster underworld.

A rich man convinces his girlfriend to get an abortion which she angrily rejects. The man is later hit by vehicle; at home in recovery, he enters a delirious state where he sees every man around him getting pregnant.

Bao (Chi Bao) and Van (Ha Kieu Anh) have been married for a long time without a child, but Bao’s mother always longs for a grandchild. The test result concludes that Van is infertile. Van asks her staff – Mai (Kim Thu) to have a baby with Bao by a 50-million-dong contract. Mai agrees because she needs money to treat her mom’s disease. It is difficult for Bao to accept this contract due to his love for his wife. After giving birth, Mai can’t give the child to anyone, so she runs away with it and Quang (Cao Minh Dat)- her lover. They meet Bao and Van in a life-threatening situation for the baby.

The story followed the romance between two pairs, Hùng and Quyên, and Quang and Vân. They spent beautiful days of youth together. But the hardships of being away from their home country, their egos and selfishness pushed each other away. 30 years later, all four still have to deal with the wounds from their past in undesirable ways.
