Raqya Ibrahim

Raqia loves her neighbor Fouad and they promise to get married, but unfortunately for the girl, her father and mother divorce. Her uncle comes to live with her and she finds his fanaticism very difficult, which forces her to leave the house and seek refuge with her father. She finds him tolerant, but her stepmother causes trouble between her and Fouad and attracts him to her. Raqia gets the chance to take revenge and exposes her frivolous stepmother.

Dunia meets the rich, frivolous young man, Mohamed. An illegitimate relationship develops between them and she becomes pregnant with his child. Mohamed disappears and she cannot face anyone with her child, so she decides to kill him. Her secret is revealed and she goes to prison. She decides to take revenge on him and searches for him until she finds him. The mother reveals Dunia's past and she decides to commit suicide.

Ziyad and Omar plot to kidnap the Bedouin girl Layla with the help of Kasry, to get back at Layla's cousin Al-Buraq. The playful Abla tells Al-Buraq that Layla's father has sold her to Kasry, while Kasry fails to win Layla's affection.

Health Inspector Dr. Ashraf gets into many problems because of his work in one of the villages where he went to work, as he becomes an obstacle in the path of the health barber, mayor, and perfumer in the country. Everyone practices quackery and sorcery, and the challenge before them increases after the village is afflicted with the plague.
