The story is about a couple who break up and then get back together. Necdet is a young man who has just graduated from a technical university. Meliha is the daughter of a family who has recently moved into the same street as Necdet. Despite being in love with each other, Necdet and Meliha stubbornly refuse to reconcile. Meanwhile, Necdet's childhood friend Tufan marries Meliha. However, Necdet and Meliha cannot forget each other. A stormy night will change everything.

The film tells the story of Halil, a former lieutenant who fights against arms smugglers. After a long absence, Halil returns to Istanbul and finds himself in the midst of a great turmoil.
