Directed by the Singaporean composer Dick Lee himself, this biopic of his youth, covers three years of his life, from his early years as a teenage singer-songwriter up to the release of his debut album in 1947.

Grace is a frustrated young mother with little time on her hands, and her young son’s demands are making her impatient. At dawn, he yearns for his mother to carry him; at dusk, a bedtime story. She wished her young son would grow up quickly, just like she did: rushing gleefully into the adulthood once her training wheels came off. She was in such a hurry to grow up, that she forgot what it was like to hold a chubby, sticky, grubby hand, and to cherish the time she had with her son, face to cheek, hand in hand.

“4Love” is a compilation of four stories revolving around love. In the first story, two young adults come into contact through a book while the second story revolves around the obstacles a man encounters on the day he intends to propose to his girlfriend. The third story revolves around the consequences of a married woman’s infidelity while in the last story, a couple decide to give their marriage a second chance after an encounter with a loving elderly couple.

A young woman, burdened by work and her father’s declining health, is forced to confront the sacrifices he made for the family when he, despite his debilitating conditions, insists on fulfilling a decade-long promise—a family trip to Japan.

Starring Richie Koh, Julie Tan, Andie Chen and Noah Yap, this action-adventure work tells the story of five young people who possess feng shui powers that can defend Singapore from dark forces.

Commissioned by Singapore Tourism Board, a film for the Singapore Pavilion at the World Expo 2010 in Shanghai, China. About Pamelyn Chee Pamelyn Chee is a film actress originally based in New York City. She starred in Wayne Wangs Princess of Nebraska which premiered at Toronto Film Festival. She most recently completed work on the French adventure TV series Déjà Vu: Saison 2 as the Asian lead character Sun, a time traveling superhero, currently premiering on France 4. With a chameleon like quality, she takes on a range of roles from wayward , off kilter characters to docile, traditional women. Pamelyn is currently working on the Chinese long form drama Your Hand in Mine in Singapore, playing a blind girl who knows martial arts. Effectively fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese, she travels between the US and Asia for film and TV roles.
