It is the legend of several stories. A journalist who hates a guy who's on TV, you have to interview him, then ends up making love to this again and again, in the end both are separated from love. Another story is that of an old man who teaches at a beautiful piano melody to a very young child, in turn this man sees everywhere a very beautiful girl who happens to be a past love, she is a ghost that embodies in the body of every woman he sees. The child learning piano has a grandfather who loves him and conceited enough, yet the mother of the child does not like to go out with Grandpa because the child very rare note. A man returns to a hacienda, lost in time and history, where, as a child or teenager, in his budding career as a writer, he left a typewriter stored away as a symbolic object. He goes to find it and unearth it. A return to the lost childhood in which his first creative impulses took root.

A young man from Lima with a dissipated life will receive an inheritance, but a testamentary clause imposes a condition: he must travel all over Peru. He starts a long journey of two years which takes him through all the regions of the country. He observes agriculture, industry, mining, retail and gets to know the many ways in which his compatriots earn their living.
