Luiz Carlos de Moraes (São Paulo, May 30, 1947) is a Brazilian actor and voice actor, known for voicing actor Anthony Hopkins, Peter Griffin in the North American animated sitcom Family Guy, Héctor Bonilla in the Mexican sitcom El Chavo del Ocho, and also for dubbing Mr. Krabs in SpongeBob SquarePants.
