Eva Bergh (born 25 February 1926, died 19 February 2013) was a Norwegian stage actor, active from 1949 to 2004. She was permanently employed at the National Theatre in Bergen from 1957 to her retirement in 1997. While she was very active on stage, she only appeared in seven films, whereof four Norwegian, one British, one Swedish and one Danish.

When one of two climbing buddies returns from an attempt to scale Eagle Peak, he is happy to claim his award for being the first to reach the summit. But his celebration is short-lived after his friend comes back down from the mountain with another version of his "victory" climb. This second version has the supposedly successful climber cast as an attempted murderer. The story behind the climb comes out in flashbacks as the Alpine Club reviews the accusation.
