# English Translation The story tells of Ramli who owns a car rental business. He deeply cares for his cars because they are his only source of income. Ramli has to deal with a variety of customers. Among Ramli's car renters is a beautiful girl who wants to rent his car but has no driving license. Ramli is forced to become the driver for this girl to help her spy on her suspected unfaithful fiancé. Not only that, Ramli is also surprised by his village friend, Bell, who comes to his house to borrow a car to take his wife, Shery, who is about to give birth. The journey becomes chaotic when they get caught in a traffic jam due to an accident. They are forced to take an alternative route that is much longer. Ramli eventually has to become an impromptu midwife along with Bell to welcome the birth of the baby.

Everything begins with a phone call made by Ehsan to his siblings asking them to come home to visit their mother, Raudhah. Ehsan gets the idea to write a letter to his mother. In fact, Ehsan also suggests his siblings do the same thing. Each person will write a long letter to cherish the most beautiful memories spent together with their beloved mother. They begin to appreciate their mother's sacrifices and make a decision to spend every weekend together with Raudhah. Raudhah becomes happier. Lost on a trek high up in the foggy hills, Fatia, Badrul, Juli and Ronnie chance upon an abandoned bungalow where they seek shelter for the night. Within the shadows of their mysterious surroundings, they discover millions in loot, seemingly left behind in filthy duffel bags for no good reasons. That was not all they would uncover – for two rotting corpses and a loaded gun were next to be found. Already sickly, Fatia experiences strange recollections and trauma in the form of a strange young girl and as well, that of a sinister presence – all clues that point towards an evil that occurred within this dilapidated structure some time ago. Things take a turn for the worse when the gun goes missing, their friendship self-destructs and Fatia’s haunting escalate to a point where she teeters on the brink of sanity.
