Even though she is exceptionally talented, Sarah is still stuck performing at small events. Today she is performing at the wedding of her ex, Jurgen. The former couple tries to stay out of each other’s way but old memories and sacrifices emerge anyway.

Paula, an above-average intelligent student, is in love with her classmate Charlotte. At the same time she feels permanently provoked by dissolute Lilly to challenge her limits.

As the day of the family photo approaches, panic sets in because there's something the family doesn't know yet: Barbara is Berry and non-binary. What's more, the long hair that her parents always loved is now gone. The image of their daughter in a floral dress hasn't really been Berry for a long time, or perhaps never was. Except that one time a year, for the sake of Mom and Dad. The family gathering becomes a nightmare, and coming out feels like holding a sword of Damocles over Berry's head, with the implication of "always having to be different..." hanging over them. The film takes us on a journey of identity and embodiment, constantly torn between anxiety and finding a sense of belonging within the community. —Julia Sprenger

The earth has been shaken, the television studio destroyed, C-TV goes on air: Hedi, the plush talk show host welcomes people with disabilities who offer insight into their daily lives and their artistic and political work. An (unfortunately) fictitious TV show opposing the tyranny of a heteronormative and ableist society: radical, critical of representation, humorous, and barrier-free.

Filmmaker Kurdwin Ayub dances through Vienna on her own to the sounds of Go! Go! Gorillo, exploring public spaces in her black chador. She encounters amused groups of men and apathetic passersby, letting nothing disturb her calm or throw her off-beat. Dancing on her own, so to speak. The final highlight is a wonderful quote from Andrzej Żuławski in a U2 station!
