During a sun-soaked Sicilian summer, aimless filmmaking undergrad and back-seat radical Tanino has a fling with Sally, a dreamy American tourist from an upper background. When summer ends, Sally flies back home, without ever reaching out. Clueless, a smitten Tanino decides to pay her a surprise visit under the pretense of returning a camera she left behind. But when he gets there, he quickly realizes the reality of America—and his relationship with Sally's—is far from the idealized version his small-town boy imagination conjured.

Unemployed Domenico robs a bank, but is forced to take a hostage when things go wrong. The hostage, Tommaso, is a man who hates his wife and job, and who was already planning to run away with his gay cop lover anyway, so this seems to him like a good opportunity to disappear and start over again: the kidnapped becomes the kidnapper, and things get even more complicated when the two are joined by Rita, Tommaso's beautiful daughter.

The destiny of Giuliana is radically changed when two robbers suddenly break into the supermarket where she works and take her hostage.

A mad killer locked Giulia and her four-year-old daughter in the trunk of a car, intending to kill them both later. Only one person could possibly save them: Marta, who had decided to kill herself that very same day.

A woman discovers that her new boyfriend is a psycho killer.

A man recruits the help of his gangster brother-in-law to retrieve his stolen car.
