Polish seaman returns home from Tahiti with a native lover and a fortune in sacred pearls, gets seduced by a married woman unaware she is part of a gang trying to get his riches.

In the beginning of the 20th century, Polish students are fully aware that the education system is not one in which the truth is taught, but rather one their government wants them to learn. A student contradicts his professor's stance that Suworow was one of Poland's greatest leaders. The argument between the two eventually leads to a wide strike.

Hela Urbankówna, a poor country girl, comes to the capital to look for work.

Living only with her elderly father, Krystyna runs the household and works as a modest clerk. However, her fate takes a turn. The girl gets a job at a company, and one of the clients, Jan Merlecki, wins her heart. Things quickly become complicated, though. An anonymous phone call to her beloved's parents, followed by their intervention to prevent the young couple from marrying, prompts Krystyna to make a dramatic decision.

The director of the Warsaw operetta has problems with putting together a team. He cares very much about acquiring the star of the stage - Jadwiga Janowska. However, she is currently in Paris with her husband, diplomat Henryk de Fontana. It turns out that Ambassador Rossi falls in love with her. Jadwiga goes to Warsaw, where in her apartment her friend Apolonia trains a young adept Wanda to play on stage.

A middle-aged woman takes a young lover, and leaves her husband and family to live with him. Her lover tires of her, and tosses her out and she wanders around pawning her jewelry in order to live. She makes a last visit to her family, planning suicide after she sees them.

Eastern Borderlands, 1919. The Bolsheviks, taking part in the Polish-Russian war, appear at the Granowski manor house. It's a story based on the war of 1920, which ended with the Battle of Warsaw going down in history as the "Miracle on the Vistula". The film was commissioned by the Propaganda Department of the Ministry of Military Affairs and has survived only in fragments (just 53 minutes out of the 2-hour-long film).

The problem is that a knife and a cut rope are found at the scene of the tragedy, and suspicion falls on her companion. There is one more clue: the name Henry Gieras, which Ketty shouted out as she fell into the ravine.

Filmed shortly before the outbreak of World War II, Żołnierz Królowej Madagaskaru is the only Polish film allowed by German occupiers to be completed. Its last known surviving copy was destroyed in the late 1940s. In 1958, Zarzycki remade the film in color under the same title.

During World War I in 1916, Austrian soldier Dodek Wędzonka is mistaken for a Russian lieutenant and freed by a Russian patrol, only to be quartered at the seized Majewo estate - home of his own superior, Lieutenant Majewski.

A comedy of errors, whose main characters are a revue star Lidia Relska and the secretary of an oil tycoon Stefan. While in Cracow, the girl passes herself off as another person, which leads to many amusing misunderstandings, and this is only the beginning of the confusion.

Both have the name Jadzia, besides the name they are also connected by a tennis racket. Jędruszewska is a champion of tennis courts, Maliczówna is an extremely charismatic owner of a sports store. Meanwhile, there is a fierce battle between two competing Warsaw companies selling sports equipment. The convergence of names and misunderstandings cause that the representative of the rival sports shop Jan Oksza confuses Jada. He tries to get the tennis champion to play their company's racket, but Jan takes Maliczówna for the champion. In the meantime, he acts as a sculptor, his friend. Among the gags and numerous misunderstandings between Jadzia Maliczówna and Jan Oksza germinate the feeling that eventually connects the two feuding companies.

Robert and Bertrand covered accused of theft and are sent to prison where they meet Irena.

The action takes place in a fictional country. One day the head of the Ministry of Public Morality is Susan, whose greatest misfortune is to have a twin sister. Twin sister is actress and cabaret revue, which performance and behavior discredits the minister.
